Delete it yourself in the app
- Open the Tikdum app and sign in.
- Go to Profile and tap Delete account at the bottom.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
You can't delete your account while you have an active booking — wait for it to finish or cancel it first.
Can't use the app? Ask us to delete it
Email support@tikdum.com from the email address on your account, or tell us the mobile number you signed up with. You can also call us on +91 94191 49336. We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your name, profile photo, phone number and email address.
- Your saved addresses and referral details.
- The address, notes and chat messages on your past bookings.
- Your notification settings and the devices registered for notifications.
What is kept
- Records of completed bookings and payments, without your personal details, because tax, accounting and dispute rules require them.
- The reason you gave for leaving, if any — without your personal details. We also keep your name and phone number with it only if you ticked the box allowing us to contact you about your feedback.
